Still dont understand why this dealership treat "some" customers this way. Over 7months being trying to reach them over an unsatisfactory experience yet no response. They promise to get back to me but never, called in several times only to be told someone will reach out but they never did, i guess they have enough customers that some people don't really matter.
We would have been happy if we were given options when renewing our lease. The suv we got is more money than the higher model. Yhey could have told us which is a more better option.
Overbooked appointments again. Had a 11:15 appointment, arrived at 11:10, didn’t even get car in until 12:15, then waited another 1.5 hours just to have winter tires swapped and oil changed. So 2.5 hours WITH an appointment. Service people are always great, but booking procedures need attention.
This review is purely based on the service centre. We have had 3 service appointments with this dealership. Each time we wait in a line for a minimum of 45 minutes to reach the service desk. On this last occasion it was over an hour. This is unexceptionable customer service. Fix your issues, if you want to see me again. Also who ever books the appointments doesn’t know how to key in the date. 2 of the 3 times we have received an appointment reminder, they have wrong the date, and it’s not even close.
Friendly service. A couple of issues arose that tainted our experience however. 1. Missteps made on paperwork which required me to come back in to sign ( not a big deal) 2. Erroneous information provided to us by salesperson regarding vehicle we traded in. This resulted in some awkward communication in what we felt was an unfair situation. To Whitby Toyota’s credit, they were willing to compensate us. Also on the plus side, we love our new vehicle. Just wish the purchasing experience had been more professional and positive.
Sookor is a very manipulative person. He tells you one thing but does not give you the big picture. I would avoid working wifh him at all costs
Will not use Toyota to service my vehicle due to overpricing. Much cheaper to find a reliable independent mechanic. Better service and prices. They would not fix my newer winter tire, a mechanic fixed it. Could have gotten the Latitude tires for their cost of defender elsewhere. Wish I had known about all the added costs Toyota charged.

This review is stickily related to the service department. Each time I had an appointment there would be an issue or delay. Recently, I had an appointment to pick up my all season tires and waited 1.5 hours. I would told they didn't pull the tires out of storage the day before like they said they would. I would not recommend this service department to anyone who values their time.
