It’s all about making them money Each person I’ve had dealings with has made me question why I waste my time here. After the first truck I bought from them I felt cheated. I said never again but I gave them another chance. What a mistake. Go anywhere else to buy your Toyota

Would rather you service your vehicle else where Had a potential issue that might be covered under a warranty enhancement program (WEP), so i went in asking if it was worth booking an appointment even if it didn't meet the requirements 100%. Was told if it is that part that is described in the WEP was causing the issue then yes they would look at replacing it. So book an appointment for a few days later. Assistance At the time of oil change the service dept personal used to guide about tire rotation , break issues etc, but for the last year or two no body asks or tells anything like that, why??

Poor Customer Service In the last 4 years I have purchased 2 brand new Toyota vehicles from this salesman. I always have both my toyota's services at this dealer. I recently test drove a used 2013 highlander and was interested in trading in my 2013 sienna (low mileage). After test driving, I insisted on speaking with Sam in regards to pricing considering we had customer loyalty. As usual, Gary Brown treated me like a friend rather than a customer. He listened to me and what I was looking for. I drove away a very happy customer. I just love my new Yaris Se ! Worst service from Service Manager Quaison Parris I left my car for service and they told me to pick it up next day, I almost wait for 2 hours waiting for my wife to pick me up, last 30 minutes I saw my car parked outside I aked to the manager and told me to pick it next day. 20 min After I left the dealer he call me to say car is done.

So much for a contract I bought a used vehicle from Whitby Toyota. It started out great. Steve was so patient and helpful! I loved the vehicle and was excited. Steve got me a great deal. But... - The finance coordinator was suddenly adding fees that were not included in the agreement. - Had to contact them multiple times to try to get more information. Bad service I went there to fix my flat tire for my brand new Prius. Amanda the service rep asked me to bring the tire size. When I went back with the tire size, I had to wail on the line again. This time another service rep served me . He didn't ask me about the tire size. He knew he can check it on the computer. I had to wait more than three hours to fix the tire. Weird questions, no respect for customers. (May be I bought my car @ Donvalley). I will never go back here.

Terrible service Was supposed to get a ride home while waiting for winter tires and oil change...nothing. been sitting over an hour and sick so not impressed...then some lady comes in with her dog...why is this allowed? I'm allergic...so now on top of being sick my eyes are watering and itching. As well they tried to charge me for my oil change evendors though it's supposed to be included with my lease and extended warranty package. This is my first time bringing my new car in for servicing.
