No customer satisfaction. Always claims no profit marigin for simple requests as well. No no for everything
Careless ppl , not taking care of vehicles while in service, one floor mat paper and seat cover is been used for several cars. Do not care of stepping while entering or exiting the car, leaving marks on the door side. Behavior of service agents are as if they are there forcefully. Not providing post service information to customers like what have been done in service.
Did not check the air pressure and maintenance required soon sign display on the front
Took Toyota 2010 for a scheduled 0900 hrs appointment on Jan. 24th. Diagnostic test indicated Air Flow sensor. Charged $140 for test. Agreed to have the work completed. Cost of Air Flow sensor is $405 plus taxes. Cost to install is $140. Total of $770 including taxes. Two issues. The cost for Air Flow sensor at other Toyota dealerships is $240 plus taxes and the less than half hr job took from 0900 to 1152 hrs.
Sales person was not very pleasent to deal with. Very arrogant, condescending, no effort to try and work with the customer.
Not happy at all! They’re not interested in fixing my steering wheel 🛞 Customer Service had me come back twice telling me it’s their busy time of year & they’ve never encountered this problem before….I have to leave my vehicle there for one or 2 days & no shuttle service
The absolute worst Toyota service advisor I’ve ever come across. Never again. No knowledge about vehicles and poor customer service. This advisor is more interested in using personal cell phone to check social media. Poor attitude towards customers.
Was not a fan of the sales person. She was pushy, talked badly about the competition and was generally unpleasant
Disappointed with Service received today. While Toyota's recommended "Service 1" is mostly just an inspection and up-sell opportunity for dealerships, more so than a real service appointment; unfortunately it's required if you want to ensure you stay in their good books and remain covered for the life of your warranty period.
