Tried to email Andrew asking for a quote and he told me they aren't taking orders for that vehicle and I should go to another dealer.

My mother visited Whitby Toyota for a Toyota Corolla last night. I had called ahead to inquire about a Corolla Hatchback availability and was told the one listed online is not for sale. Back to my mother's visit, Tony was less than helpful did not offer my mom and her husband to test drive the Corolla sedan they looked at. It’s not the car service but inadequate Covid seating for those who wish to remain waiting outside, as a 70 yr old I almost passed out after an hour and a half standing outside, I even asked for a chair and was told they are in storage . …..
Dealt with customer in too much of a legalistic manner instead of a customer relationship.
Very expensive and they don't offer even a basic car wash after you have soent 100s of Dollars
Dishonest, untrained technicians, unnecessary parts and labour, no business ethics , operating under a license to robe Innocent customers

Will is very unprofessional with extremely poor customer service. My local Peel dealer advised me to check out the new 2022 Tacoma from Whitby Toyota before placing a factory order. Will turned me down saying they only deal with Durham residents. Not sure how this type of customer service helps the Toyota brand or the dealership business model as a whole. Furthermore I am surprised that the management team at Toyota Whitby found it appropriate to place Will in a customer facing position.
