Bought a new highlander The business manager over charge me for a product I purchased with my new Highlander and I brought it to his and the dealer manager/ owner attention and I show them the invoice that I purchased the same product twice from ather dealer $300.00 cheaper but they ignored me they choose to keep $300 but lost my business I didn't want to cancel the car purchase because the sellspersan Seth Pillai was great very nice never go there again not even for oil change.

Poor Service Department I had a brake job done and they replaced the rotors on all four wheels and used the existing pads. $ 800 later and the vehicle drives no differently then the when I took it in this morning. I have already noticed the scoring of one of the rotors. Arranged pick-up for 3:00 pm and I had to phone them to come and pick me up. They arrived at 4:10 pm. I have had similar dealings with this dealership in the past and similar results. This is the last time I will be using this dealership

Friendly and Caring Service I just purchased a new Toyota Yaris and Stephanie was amazing. Being a female it was awesome to work with a female. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Purchasing a car is not something I look forward to and personally I couldn't car less what I drive as long as it is reliable. My car was starting to have issue and wanted to have it looked at by a technician and the soonest appointment they had was 10 days later! Before I was able to take my car to Whitby the issue seemed to be getting worse called another toyota dealership and could of had it inspected THAT day if i wasnt so busy at work. This dealership doesn't even deserve the one star but I guess I couldn't do half. I took my car that had died on me while i was driving it. They called and told me it is my starter and it's going be 500+ to get it fixed I told him that's not the problem he called back and said its the circuit a day later they call and said its my daylight running light was causing the problem so they had to disconnect it. 24 hrs later and $300+ to figure that out not to mention that they left the car with no daytime running light so now I am... read more

I have had my two Toyota's serviced here and 3/4 of the time the service was done incorrectly. After an oil change, I had to return since the vehicle was leaking oil in my driveway. Brake change cost double and took 3 hours, when they quoted 1.5. Right turn signal causes headlights to shut off. Took 2 hours and over $100, sent my wife home without telling her that they problem was not fixed. I had to trade in my car due to health reasons. Another Toyota dealer offered me $5000.00 more than Whitby Toyota, which is where I bought the car new. I was not impressed.
