Their service is consistent!! HORRIBLE EVERY-TIME FOR 2 years straight. we will NEVER GO BACK!! They take walk ins and don’t care about appointments! GREED DOES NOT PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE!!

Total clown - should be retrained or better fired. This man is a "Customer Communication Specialist" - who is rude and then accuses the customer (in a chat session) of being rude. As someone who was looking to lease/finance a brand new car from toyota. This type of behaviour is very low class, this type of person should be re-educated on how to make a sale, and assaulting the client in ANY way will not amount to anything. Terrible customer service Zero rate! 0 The worst customer service I’ve ever got! The only thing they are interested is to take your money, it doesn’t matter you are satisfied or not! I am sure Toyota Whitby is working hard to ruin the brand! 24 return visits for the same issue 24 return visits to Whitby Toyota to have the SAME issue looked at. Whitby Toyota appears to have zero respect for their long standing customers time. I just can't think of another reason.The scope of work is clearly written on the "work order" the very document which tells the tech what to do. What else is not being done? Once again I'm waiting for the manager to get back to me with details of what went wrong again. We all know what went wrong. The techs don't read the work orders.
Too Busy selling Tires. No Longer care about small town cust I have been waiting for a month to get an oil change. I have had my tundra since new in 2004 and always had excellent service at Whitby Toyota until the last two years. I had the same problem last year when trying to get a simple oil change , it seems this time of year and in the spring they turn into a tire sales store or they have outgrown their ability to provide good service. Poor after sale service I got the vehicle 2 weeks ago. Its a leased vehicle and I took Excess Wear and Tear Insurance with that. But I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the Wear and Tear insurance. I went 2 times at Whitby Toyota and called them so many times too. Everytime they told me to contact with Toyota Credit. Not a happy customer Bought a used 2015 RAV4, picked up the vehicle and it had a big scratch in the windshield, so I had to have the windshield replaced fortunately under warranty. Then my next repair was in the timing chain area again fixed under warranty. Now I need front brakes and I've only driven 7000 km. Not thrilled at all would not recommend this dealership for a used vehicle.
Cameron got my car in fast for windshield. I have had nothing but problems with my used rav4. Car was out of warranty by 2000km and no compensation for extensive repair. Paid $22000 for used Rav and have had too many repairs since buying.
Whitby Toyota offers lowest dollar for your Trade-In My wife's car is a 2015 Toyota Corolla S 41000km in mint condition, better condition than the 2015 Rav4 Stock #80502A with 36000km. Whitby Toyota depreciated our car 60% in a three year period offering only $12,000 toward the over priced Rav4 selling at $ 26,500, From my view of internet sales this dealerships ask is $3,500.00 over average pricing in the GTA.
