Useless. .They were too lazy to send requested details in email. Wanted me to come to show room for double talk & high pressure games & typical auto sales xx. Wont be dealing with them.
I scheduled a virtual viewing for a Pre-Owned car with Umair for 10:00 AM since I am in Ottawa. However, after waiting for over 30 minutes, I never received a call. This lack of follow through demonstrates poor professionalism and reliability. Instead of a genuine response, I only received automated messages. I cannot recommend a salesperson who does not take their commitments seriously.
Took in for recall, wasn't ready when they called me & wanted to charge us.
After waiting for more than 2 hours , I need to visit again on issue with Toyota app not working for my Sienna

Extremely poor service experience. I went to the dealership for detailing services (Ultimate package). First time, it was not done properly and I took it back and met the Service Manager whom I showed the things were not as expected. He agreed and apologized. I was asked to bring the vehicle back for redoing the detailing. I dropped the vehicle and left it for 6 days to do the jobs nicely. I dropped the vehicle after hour on Sunday evening. I recently purchased a Sienna SE 2016 van from Whitby Toyota, where my agent was Tony Khoury. I paid for the vehicle in full, but right after completing the paperwork, agent Tony denied that the vehicle could be returned within a month and revealed that it has not been inspected by Toyota 160 point. While attempting to buy a new car, I called around the different Toyota dealerships to see if I could test drive a car. Whitby had one for test-drive. After I got there, the sales advisor Bandula had told me that the car is available and ready for sale, only upon a trade-in. (Obviously, as they're trying to make a quick buck given the large wait time for the vehicle) We told the advisor we'd bring in the car tomorrow, as he made it clear it was URGENT otherwise the vehicle would be sold. Do not use Whitby Toyota’s service department, they’ll cut corners, and scam you. I was charged an "Environmental Recycling and Disposal" fee for a service that had no consumable parts (visual inspection + tire rotation). When asked why I was charged an environmental fee they simply said "everyone gets charged that", when I pressed further, the supervisor / manager came over and reviewed the invoice (I assume she was trying to see if she could find a way to justify it), then left for a few minutes and returned with an update... read more
