My son had an appt booked for Jan 16, he received a call from Tony that morning before the appt and he told my son if he was not going to buy the car before the end of the month he could not do the test drive?? i got my 2020 Corolla SE in December 2019. Having crank noise while pressing and releasing the brakes.Technicians give me different reason all time.
Scheduled work allegedly completed, timely. Warranty work scheduled in May, not completed. Its December now. Zero communication exists between customer and dealership once invoices are paid in full.
Thought I was being treated very well and a pre safety was done on the used car I was buying and was told it needed a brake light and back brakes until I took it to my mechanic to find out it needs $2000 of work to make the car safe.
This is the second time I left car for a tire change and no one called me to let me know when car was ready even though I requested it.
Probably the absolute worst dealership in North America. Everyone should boycott this location until the owner fires the manager and gets capable staff employed there.

arrogant and rude would never step foot in here for anything again. Was selling our vehicle we still have a 2018 tacoma sport. Will never buy Toyota again due to customer service. Were to pay out our loan were still having payments being taken out of our account.
