Brought our van into Mayfield from Whitecourt (1.5 drive) to get work done on the Blindspot monitor. Get a call that it was completed the next day. Called them twice to make sure it was fixed they said yes.Skeptical. Go in and low and behold it wasn't fixed. Talk to the service manager Chris and he says it was working when he called. Lies. All lies. They didn't even touch the rear bumper where the problem was. And the warning light was still on. How much proof do you need. Manager do not accommodate complains in a timely manner ( too busy putting time to it). Service department - does not return call for voicemail inquiry. In addition will put you on hold for long time ( Is this government agency?). Regret buying car here. Will for sure not recommend to my friends.
worst service ever seen before, customer service very bad, I drop off my car, I am waiting for almost 10 minutes, no one ask what u need. They assuming I am not a valuable customer, I ask for ride, they said, drop u off but we can't pick up that's what they said, almost more than 10 years, I am doing the service, this is the first time I feel worst service, manager also not treat me well. This is going to be a my lost service. I never come back, I am not going to recommend this location, friday 2:20pm.
They say this is Edmonton’s number one Toyota dealer? HA! I would hate to see their worst then. If I could rate a zero I would. I recently took a vehicle I was buying for my son to this dealership to get a pre-purchase inspection completed. Wanted to make sure I was buying a good vehicle. Their service dept did an inspection and stated that everything was great, minus little things like wear and tear which is expected when buying a used vehicle. My first encounter with Chris Keller the service manager at Mayfield Toyota was not what I expected. The most liar and rudest person I have ever meet. He doesn’t deserve to be a manager. He has such poor customer service. I give minus 0 out of 100.
Worst experience dealership ever. The seller was polite and helpful but the finance guy totally UNHELPFUL. Always ask for more money. Waste of my time

Terrible experience Mayfield has ignored a year’s worth of emails for a block heater included in the sale of the vehicle- it was a condition of the sale as I live in the North. A year later- no block heater. Toyota Canada says it is Mayfield’s responsibility as it was their sale- not at all helpful. I have consulted a legal opinion. This has been the worst car buying experience ever- I will never buy another Toyota again.
