200,000km review on 2010 Tundra I spoke to a salesperson at a competing Toyota dealership this past weekend, now that I'm looking to buy another Toyota. E-mail Communications Awesome! My wife Sheri needed a new vehicle to replace one that was "written-off" in a car accident. Because my family was down to one vehicle, travel between different dealerships to find the best vehicle for the best price was difficult. A few awesome employees, a lot of duds. It's tough to put a rating number on this dealer as some employees were real duds and a couple were just amazing. I went in with a buddy looking for a Tacoma or Rav4, they separate the vehicles into cars and trucks in two different buildings. We went into the trucks lobby and got no service at all, a half hearted employee came up and asked if we had any questions and seemed relieved that we didn't at the time. My husband and I had such a great experience at the Mayfield Toyota dealership, the staff so knowledgeable and friendly. In particular was Andrew Dye. He went above and beyond to get the car we wanted and so fast. He is our hero. Our new Yaris is awesome and such a treat to drive. We feel pretty cool going out and about, and so comfortable. We have bought 3 cars with this dealership so far we always go back to them, I guess the finance department really knows how to get you approved. First we came in just to look for used vehicles but the sales staffs always wanted us to get brand new so as new buyers we did and then again on our 2nd one fall onto the same trap. On Thursday, December 11, I had a scheduled vehicle service appointment with Toyota at West Edmonton Mall for my 2019 Toyota C-HR. In addition to the routine service, I specifically requested that all four tires be thoroughly inspected, as the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light had been repeatedly activating. Do not bring your vehicle here for service. They dragged out appointment for over 4 hours., changed parts that when asked asst service manager what he could find wrong with it he said nothing. had to ask 3 times to see those same used parts.charged 4 times the price for part that could have easily be bought at parts source. Asked for service manager to call back and got runaround. went in for oil change and came out with over $1000 bill. Very disappointed with the dealership. They used to be called Mayfield Toyota, which is where I purchased my 2018 Toyota Highlander new. One of the accessories I asked and paid them to install was a towing package with a 7 pin connector. I had the intention to someday get a trailer with electric brakes, but didn't want to have the brake controller installed at that time, so I asked them to just install the 7 pin connector and wiring.
