Outstanding salesperson I had the privilege of working with Vendan Sekar in purchasing a pre owned RAV4. At all times, he was respectful and patient with me. He was highly knowledgable of the choices available for purchase and he guided me through a careful decision making process without pressure. Based on my experience, I would rate Vendan a 10 put of 10.
Excellent Experience This was for the 64,000 km service on my Corolla. There was very little waiting when I arrived at reception, and the work to be done was clearly explained. I had to wait while the service was carried out, so was very happy when it was completed 30 minutes earlier than originally estimated! Great service all round!
servive They have great service and drop off service was ex excellent the driver was very friendly and he drop and pick me up.Counter girl was excellent but only improvement while picking up keys she didnt explain what service they did was in hurry taking food.
turned out great thanks to Celia Ken and Drew I was dealing with a salesman in the beginning who I didn't appreciate then I called Ken sales manager and he was awesome as well as Celia and Drew in the finance department. So my experience turned very positive
Fantastic Sales Experience Recently I purchased a new Tacoma from Mike Linterman. He knew everything about the truck from towing to off-roading options like the proper lift, tires and explained all the options for leasing and financing. I ended up leasing because he explained how much more sense it made. Purchased a new 2016 model Access cab TRD Off-road and this truck is perfect. Beyond what I expected Mr. Bill Werbeniuk was amazing! He was very helpful together with Danny and Joan Lee in the financing department. They were very patient in answering all my questions and explaining further. I would definitely recommend Mayfield Toyota to my friends and specially Bill and Danny.
