Worst service They broke the window regulators of my windows during servicing but they are not willing to give me appointment for fixing it. What this tells me is that they are not willing to accept their faults and are not even trying to fix it
no service Was in your dealership today (Thursday) prepared to purchase a 2018 corolla. I was ignored while people (men and couples) came into the dealership after me and were served immediately. I'm a 50 something single woman and this happens far too often. I know what I want, I know cars and I have the money to pay for it. You lost a sale today. You need to hire some women or train your men better.
Underwhelmed Booking through the phone is very unreliable. Advisers need better training but some are not attentive. They do decent service work but they don't make the most out of the expensive fee. Not customer friendly financially as they are not proactive in promoting a better deal. Buyer Beware After purchasing a used vehicle that was not reliable and had issues. I traded it in for a newer vehicle and it too turned out to be a lemon. All that was offered was to take it in on trade and put me on the hook for a greater amount of negative equity. Both used vehicles were sold with poor tires. The second one having 3 different brands and treads on it. The first vehicle had well worn tires with a large chunk of the sidewall missing. Cold Winter With No Block Heater We bought a new 2017 Rav 4 in October. We were informed at that time that the cords on the block heaters had safety issues and may be available in a few months. We were under the impression that the heater would be available in Nov or Dec 2017. I called in Jan 2018 to check on the status and was told possibly in a few weeks. Refuse to fix or even look at electrical issue Bought a 2016 Tacoma a year back and have now experanced an intermittent electrical problem. Lights shut off, turn signals stop working and once every light on the dash was blinking like a turn signal after starting it. Because the issue is intermittent the service department won't even look at it unless they can reproduce the issue. They won't even open the hood or hook it up for a diagnostic. Always a charge for something in the service department On Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, we had to bring our RAV fir a scheduled appointment because of an oil leak, which was to be covered under warranty. Our service advisor was very friendly and helpful. When booking the appointment my wife asked if there would be any extra charges, and told no. The service advisor called yesterday to say the vehicle was ready to go. All seems good. Great buy. Terrible customer service after purchasing. Bought my vehicle in July. Was told 5000 aeroplan points will be updated to my account. Points have not been updated yet. Contacted the dealership 4 times via email and many times over phone. Answer I got "we entered your number in late so toyota declined it" the dealership did not have the courtesy to even let me know. Just randomly checked and found out. They are prompt and fast in selling the car initially but after buying experience is unprofessional and poor.
Out of vehicle inspection Way over priced, had the car overnight and didn't tell us til 5, detailing was garbage, poor communication. Never going back or recommending them.
