Vehicle Purchase Danny Paulino was an absolute Gem to work with, there was never any pressure he made the process very enjoyable. His vehicle knowledge and helpful nature was totally unexpected from what you usually see in sales people. Great Customer Service! I bought a really nice used car from Mayfield and I am really impressed about their fantastic customer service. I was given very good advice and directions for what I needed to know about the car and about credit to get it, and overall I was very well served by great staff. Great service every time!! My 2013 Highlander is my third Toyota in over 2 decades. I have been a Mayfield Toyota customer for 15 years. I receive such a great level of service every visit. They always seem to be able to get my vehicle in with minimal notice and while I am kept informed about my vehicle's services, I never feel like they are just trying to get another upsell. The staff is always so friendly as well. The coffee is pretty good too!
A ride of a life time I Exchanged my Dodge Journey 2013 to a classic Toyota truck (van) Sienna limited 2013. That is a life changing experience for my family to witness a drive of comfort. My family can't have done it without the help from Michiel Lampa and Mr. Hassan. They truly guided us and showed us that everything was possible to own a fabulous vehicle and it was worth it. Very good experience over the years I've owned several new vehicles and have had to deal with a number of different dealerships and Mayfield has been the best by far. We bought a Prius Hybrid from them in 2012 and have had regular dealings with them for service and they have always been really good. The sales staff is very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. Typical dealership, nothing great about this one either Bought a brand new Sienna Limited. Once the sale was completed and the papers were signed for $$ you are just another one!! no one informed about the pickup date/time as promised and an hour before dealership closes the sales person calls asking are you going to pick up your vehicle today!!
