I was extremely disappointed this morning. I took my 2010 Tacoma in for just an oil change. Upon reclaiming my truck an hour later I was told that all my current tires tread depths were measured to 4/32s. She then told me they all should be replaced. I was surprised and shocked to hear this unsettling news but thanked the woman at checkout and simply paid my servicing bill. Service department is horrible. Tried escalating multiple concerns to the manager (Chris) and it’s clear now why the service is so bad. He is unprofessional and should not be in a customer service role :)
Wanted Mayfield Toyota to diagnose check Engine light on my car, Service team and service manager were giving could be, would be, might be reasons instead of diagnosing the root cause. When asked how many could be and would be issues I should spend money for, Service manager was rude and wanted me to pay for several hours of labor to rip the engine apart and diagnose. Well i am not sure if the reviews on this website I see are fake reviews or employees working for this dealership but to sum up this dealership honestly what a bunch of crooks!. We bought our new Toyota from this dealership 2.5 years ago and sure the salesman selling the vehicles insideare very good (low pressure and professional etc) the experience with this dealership goes way down from there once you decide to purchase your new Toyota. I had 3 Issues with my Tacoma were brought to Mayfield service for correction under warranty. They tried to sell me parts I didn't need.
They forgot the side mouldings otherwise would have been a perfect score n n n m no n n m n m m m m m m
I have been bringing my vehicle for service to Mayfield for 10 years but that is going to change now. I called Gateway, Trail, Sherwood and Northwest Toyota deals to get quote to do front and rear differential fluid services. All 4 dealers were cheaper than Mayfield so I approached them and asked them to match price. I was told that the other genuine Toyota dealers use substandard fluid and that is why the price was cheaper.
Purchased brand new vehicle. Bad service ever, sales team was lying to me for whole week. Battery died of my vehicle with in 1 week. Sales said we replaced a battery before i picked up brand new vehicle but general manager of dealership denied that.
