Toyota Corolla 2002 CE Engine light coming on at approx. 500km intervals inspite of frequent resets by Mayfield service department and assurance that nothing was wrong. Complete unwillingness to fix the issue. My last visit, I was told by Lester the then service manager that I wouold have to pay $350 up front before they would even look at the vehicle. Not impressed with Toyota, we have two Corolla's one purchased in Sherwood Park and one purchased at Mayfield Toyota. Car is very reliable, but Service Department at Mayfield Rude!. Recommend Toyota's but do you Homework when buy them from specific dealerships. Free Oil Changes for 7 years are not free you have to pay for their service plan which is more than the oil change and if you do not do this they will VOID the free oil changes and the now free oil changes are $50.00.
We have bought 2 vehicle with this dealership and they are the worst just because we don't know better they have made us overpay on our 2nd car. The financing guy told us we can't get approved if we don't include the life insurance and the sales guy said we need the extra stuffs for our car in order to get approved. they have scammed my friends that i recommended here too and they told us that they will give us some incentive if we recommend friends and they never did. even the finance guy owes us money from our previous dea... read more
I've purchased four cars from this dealership and would have to say there sales department is excellent although when it comes to the service department well they have the service sucks and they don't seem to give a dam in regards to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately I will never buy another car from this dealership again because of their service department.
