Rude and not professional Me and my wife went to this dealership to trade in our old vehicle and buy a pre-owned RAV4. Because of my wife's job we were able to make it at 8:30pm and the dealership was supposed to close at 9:00pm. The sale person, Phi was very nice and helpful. Terrible experience, patronising and dodgy sales staff We went here looking to trade in a 2008 Tacoma in perfect condition for another vehicle. Firstly the sales rep we dealt with was loud, rude and not very personable. He had no idea about the details of or history of the car we went to see. He eventually found the vehicle in their car lot after we waited for a further 20 minutes. He then advised he had no keys for it. Poor customer service Customer service is very disappointing. We went there to buy an SUV. After finalizing the deal, they said they want $1000 more with my old car. We were about to sign the papers but at the very last minute they said their manager is asking for $1000 more and my old car. Those guys never keep their words especially their manager. Manager Altaf's behaviour was very rude. Our deal got cancelled due to his behaviour. Never going to this place again and will never recommend this place to anyone.
Fake Bumper to Bumper Warranty for three months.. i bought a used venza in mayfield toyota. they said it was inspected.. but after buying it, while i did full inspection on Kingsway Toyota they gave me a full set of issues with the car to fix.. then i took that to mayfield toyota.. there they said.. its not bumper to bumper.. only they give power train warranty... if you have any doubt mail me set of lies.. don't trust and buy there..
Very disappointing service I dropped off my car to get my Highlander smart key programmed so all my doors would unlock when I touched the driver's door. I also needed the rear arm rest latch to be adjusted as it was very difficult to keep it locked in the up position (warranty work). I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs so I should wait because the shuttle will only come and get me if it's 2 hrs or more. Interest rate is a lie Be careful with the interest rate that they will offer at financing. They will tell you 2.99%, then later they will inform you that you are not qualified for the rate. Instead, i will find a bank for you, then they will start to give you 7 %, then if you dont like it they will lower it to 6% so on etc...then theynwill lower it to 4% but they will increase the years of payment. Terrible experience It was my first car buying experience. My husband and I were looking for a minivan. The sales person told US what we needed. Laughed when we wanted to look at the base model, saying it was no good, and Could not answer basic questions about the vehicle. The visit was drawn out to 2 hours and despite saying repeatedly that we wanted to take the paperwork and think About it he asked for a deposit more than once. Poor Customer Service I called to have my vehicle booked in for service three weeks in advance as I was going to be traveling from High Level Alberta. I was told that I would be unable to recieve a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced as my service would take 2hrs. Worst experience ever. This was my first car buying experience. At first this dealer seemed great. I was emailing them back and forth for months and Jason was very informative and helpful via email.
