Suave liar Was looking at buying new. Was dealing with a smooth talking Bill. Older gentleman that perfected the art of sales. Lied through his teeth and made me feel great about getting ripped off. Went as far as to make fake Toyota ads on his computer . Told me paying cash and financing were the same price and showed me on his computer. Though on the Toyota website it stated that there is a 2000 dollar rebate with cash purchase. He continued to lie through his teeth. Worst experience There is sales guy named wade That guy is fraud They guy keep so much margin in there inventory Dnot listen to that fraud guy
upsetting We visited you dealer ship to night the salesman we met at the door was nice to us tried to help but my wife had been in during the day and met with bill . we were told he was with some one and would be right with us. We waited for 1/2 hr . when he came out he was upset with us and said .we could go to another salesmen and if we were coming we should have called.I dont know who he thinks he is but i am the person spending $60,000.00.
I can't give a good rating as of yet. I got a used car just the other day from Mayfield Toyota and I only found out on the same day that I got the car that they can not give us a spare key...which would cost me another $200+ to have it duplicated and programmed by the maker of the car. I asked my agent if they could at least help me as it's still $200. I was told that I should be thankful that it would only cost me that much. Repeated negative experiences After taking our vehicle to this dealership for the duration of our lease agreement, this sums up every visit with the exception of one: 1. long wait times- they tell me 1 hour for an oil change, it takes 2 1/2; they tell me 3 for servicing, it takes more than 5. Just be upfront please so I can adjust my schedule accordingly and stop overbooking, please, and then making me feel like I should anticipate this length of time for a visit. 2. not aware of product. Poor service at service counter Team at Service counters never smile or greet any of the clients. They should realize the people come their are their clients for years as well as they come for services. Even you stand in front of the counter for more than 10 minutes, they never acknowledge you, just keep working on their own stuff no matter they are not busy. Regular Service Call Unusually unpleasant event. Brought vehicle in for scheduled service. In the past it has usually taken no more than 5-10 minutes total to check in and leave. I waited at Service Counter for 10 mins without being greeted or acknowledged even though there were 3 service personnel at their kiosks without customers. Nobody came to say, hi and/or that they would be a few mins. Overpriced & more noises after repairs done. Mayfield is overpriced and does low quality work. I feel lost (and cheated) at their service centre. First you talk to the Receptionist, then the Advisor, then you pay another person and you never see your mechanic (the most important person). All are nice and smiling but in the end we felt it was overpriced. We had $4000 worth of work done and when we got our 4Runner back it made front end noises and vibrated at highway speed.
