VERY DISAPPOINTED in all aspects of dealing with West Edmonton Mall Toyota. April 2022 placed an ordered for a Toyota Cross were told 4-6 month wait. Ok, no big deal. After waiting numerous months and NOT hearing anything from the sales associate, sales manager(s) continue to wait and was continuously fed xx about when the vehicle was to arrive. Subject: Buyer Beware In January 2022, we ordered a RAV4 Prime for the price of $58 314.21 (knowing that there would be a 2-3 year wait). On June 19, 2023, we were informed by our sales person that an identical vehicle, apart from the colour, had become available. I scheduled an appt to check my power steering on Jan 30/23. I was getting what seemed like louder noise when backing out of garage. I had previously had an oil change and all fluids topped up on Nov.25/22 by this dealership. Before bringing my vehicle in on the 30th, I checked my power steering fluid. The reservoir was nearly empty. I added some fluid and the "start up noise" subsided. Do not use this toyota, they will fight you tooth and nail when ever you have to bring your vehicle in for anything warranty related.
Very disappointed at the valet, he told us when you walk out the waterpark, your car will be very close. Just tell the truth, it was on the otherside of the mall, tell the simple truth. I complained and the reply I got, well 99.9% of people are happy. Great, how do you deal with the unhappy? Not very well, the front desk was nice when retrieving my keys. The man outside told me, everyone is happy? Well I wasn't. I will nit utilize again.
Dave did a poor job of updating the client & the tech 2635 Cameron spilled oil all over the crossmember & underside of the vehicle & never cleaned it. Also the air filter is plugged & dirty but marked good on the report. Where did the great service from Mayfield go?
Actually "zero" star based on my worst experience! No accreditation! Broke business regulation without any apologize! Conversation with unconscious bias!
Pre order - buyer beware Pre ordered a Rav 4 with a $500 deposit, no contact from the dealer until the car showed up. When it shows up they tell me they can't sell it to me because my transaction was flagged for importing to the states. When pressed for details they wouldn't get into it at all. I believe they used my name just to get a vehicle on the lot from Toyota Canada, with no intent of selling it to me. Just be careful when pre ordering from these guys, I'd look elsewhere.
