Do not buy from Toyota on the Trail! They sold us a used vehicle, only 4 years old, with broken air conditioning and 3 exhaust leaks, costing us extra money. They lied to us about the condition of the vehicle and were very difficult to deal with

That means when an AMVIC-licensed seller advertises the price of a vehicle it must include ALL fees and charges the seller intends to charge. The only fee that can be added to the advertised price is GST and any costs associated with financing. But seems these dealership doesnt follow the law. Most shady Toyota dealer in Alberta/ Canada. Avoid at all cost for sure!! Don't go to them, thay have worst customer service anh they will trick on you.
I went there for first for oil change, they don't put sticker on my car for next service and washed my car in -10 and park outside my door rubbers and gas tank cover got Frozen, when I complain about this to their supervisor, NIGEL told me TWICE "Don't come back to our place again if you have any concern like this"
if you like being RIPPED OFF, then this is a great choice, bought a used truck for 17000,put over 15000 in repairs in the first 2 mos,dealership's response was that I should have bought new,my mechanic said the vehicle should have never been allowed to leave the lot,wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone
Dont waste your time. Let both u and the sales guy play the game. Want u to talk to finance. Lol we all know what happens there add a year of payments fake add on time to stop the gimmick people will buy from honest people.

They have kept my 1000$ Deposit because they jumped the gun and went ahead and installed accessories onto a vehicle I NEVER signed any purchase agreement on nor did they meet any requirement asides from the accessories. Shady! The purchase amount was previously agreed upon with Raymond Alagar and Karlanfo White. Alexa Wasyliw, the senior finance, changed the terms and the total amount of the car, so my family was pressured that eventually made us decide to a much higher price and an additional one year of the term. We are NOT happy of the treatment we got! I'm encouraging prospective buyers to be always on guard with this dealership.
These guys are scam specially when it comes to first time buyers. Olga Gavrilov did financing of my vehicle and deceived us by adding extra $6000 of package that I never agreed to. She never explained anything about extra options and tricked me by adding them after I already signed It. I went back to the dealership to get it fixed and no one wanted to help.
