If I could give a zero star rating I would. We went there trying to look for a good car but was met by a discriminating, racist and arrogant sales rep. The sales representative is REG VAN TASSEL. Came there with my Aunt to purchase a car and was met by this arrogant, disrespectful sales rep. He wasn’t helpful and seems like he does not want to entertain us. The WORST dealership ever. Please save yourself the trouble and look else where. These people will only be nice to you to make a sale but will twist your words, will manipulate you and will trick you into believing their empty promises. Very unprofessional, when i say they will back stab you, believe me. They did it to me twice. Please please, dont make the same mistakes I did, trusting these people and the company.
Stay away from these guys. No integrity, only care about their commissions. Booked the appointment Wednesday for a 2019 HRVtest drive. This kiddo sales Billy Li told me he would be only working this Saturday and Sunday, and asked me if I could come. Then we booked for the Saturday. Bought a car on 29 within 1 week and 3 days it was in. Ford dealership in Calgary with 4500 repairs they said there not helping me the best they can do is I get it towed to Edmonton they would do it at a lower cost. Then they said don’t call back don’t call me as I was trying to work a deal and so I told them I got amvic involved, I do love this car and it’s a great car, they also said I had warranty so I paid extra 4500 for warranty ford and go auto says I don’t have warranty and it’s voided
The dealership provided me with a AMVIC inspection that had all items as compliant. I trusted my gut and got a 3rd party inspection to find that SAFETY FEATURES on the vehicle had failed and could have put me in danger if I bought the vehicle outright, In my opinion do not trust them and get any used vehicle inspected elsewhere.
They are not sticking with they're words and wont give back our deposit when Mike said it WAS REFUNDABLE if things wont go the way we want it to be. Money is tight during this pandemic we worked hard for our money unlike them just scamming people!
They just got 1000 dollars deposit from me and not giving it back,the dealer did not awared me about deposit policy did not explained me the terms and just took my signature on there
