Parts department is the worst they wasted 2 days of my time and wages trying to get rear window from Toyota and got the wrong glass with no apologies or discount or partial refund. Salesmen are not interested in listening customers they just want to finish the transaction and not deal with the issue.

Do not go there. They are very secretive about information. Their financial people want you to sign all these things first before they tell you want the interest rate and payments are. And they took our$500 deposit and said it’s non refundable. Poor service

I purchased a used car from this dealer. In their advertising it said that the price was the price of the car plus tax. In the business office $800.00 in extra fees were added to the deal. Ended up getting my money back through an AMVIC dispute. My sales guy Bobby was fantastic! The car was delivered with 200km more than when I made my offer on it and a maintenance light was on. Lucky me it was an Audi 115,000km service. Dealership cleared the code and sent me on the way without performing the service.

Go auto was dishonest with me on two things the 699 fee the manager didn't want to waive it even if the first time they said they would discount it. Also i was offered a 200$ gocard credit by sms that they also promised when i finish finalizing the purchase then denies it after i purchased the vehicule. Therfore never again goauto 0 stars. They only care about the money your experience is BS to them.
We came in to look at a vehicle and the sales guy Young Choi he wasn’t showing the price or the vehicle for the 2022 model he said it’s not on their website but prior to coming in I was already on the website I was at another dealer where he showed me everything where I seen the prices he indicated at 2022 Corolla is not on his website he was insulting he told us that we were just shopping around when we were actually coming in to buy we didn’t just go into the dealer to hear all this we would’ve been actual customers future... read more
CUSTOMER BEWARE! !! I left Toyota on the Trail today with a very sour taste in my mouth after one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had with a salesperson and a dealership. My level of disgust exceeds even that which one normally expects for a used car lot rather than a large brand name dealership. Real crooks, Sheevana with finance is a real crook, she Real crooks, Sheevana with finance is a real crook, she slipped stuff I did not ask for, so be careful when you go there do not sign the bill of sale unless you know what you are signing for otherwise, they will rip you off like any dishonest, unethical person out there in the street. Even if you complaint they will play a game on you. the best thing to do is never go there.
This dealership wouldn't sell me a new vehicle!! They claimed it was because it was outside their area and they were afraid of exporting?? I am from Calgary so talk about paranoid. Only contacted them because they had a particular model I was looking at. This takes the cake on protectionism!! I hope this market turns around and they are stuck with a huge inventory...and they can only sell it to people from Edmonton!!
