Tried to tell me it would take 15k to recondition a vehicle with new tires and windshield and only 41, 000 kms on it. Refused to budge on the trade value or the price of their vehicle. I get it you got to make money to, but come on. Why should I pay full price when they won’t even pay a fair price for my trade.
STEER CLEAR Attempted to buy a vehicle from these guys. First came and viewed a used vehicle which looked good in pictures but upon arrival had extensive damage to the front bumper and rims all around. So we decided to look at buying a new one. They had one we wanted coming in on a December truck so we decided to discuss a deal. Was then told by a sales person that we had to buy two extra packages on top of the purchase price. Friendly staff but not forth coming with accurate information. Multiple issues during the process with them promising on things they did not deliver. They are only concerned with getting good reviews. Avoid at all costs.
Initially went to see their Rav4 prime XSE and was told i couldn't test drive it (worth 72k) and told me not to bother with my trade either as Zaher said straight up we will low ball you an offer...Complete disrespect and disregard and 1 star experience. Wasted time gas and energy after a long day of hard work. Dealt with Mark in the same week who was super honest and super helpful in knowledge and sales. Thanks SO much Toyota on the trail! !!! The emergency tire repair kit you gave me in my 2017 Dodge caravan that states in BOLD letters on the box that it is only to be used on a Toyota Sienna was SO HELPFUL!!! Also, I'm SO happy that I spent $3000 on an extended warranty that I was told included roadside assistance!! It really became apparent how amazing a value that was when I called and was told the only roadside assistance available was a reimbursement of $50 in towing charges!!!!! Shady practices. Upsellers. Placed a deposit on a truck we wanted. Made a deal. Received call to come in financing was approved only to find out when we had arrived they sold it from underneath us. Lied to my wifes face. Do NOT buy a used vehicle from these people. AMVIC report filed.

Attention everyone, request everyone don’t buy any vehicles from toyota on trail Edmonton, they are doing fraud, they sell me 3000$ protections plans, charged me 600$ for anti theft transfer and charged me 132$ registration fees, as i was new to Canada i was unaware of there but i meet of peoples they have done same things, they are fraud

Never buy a vehicle from this dealership! ! I placed a deposit on a used vehicle and made an appointment with finance. I arrived to sign the papers a few days later and had an appointment for 12:30. I advised them I needed to leave the dealership by 1:30 as I had to go back to work. The finance girl was 30 min late for our appointment. When we started going through the paperwork, she advised me we had only been approved for an 84 month term at a higher interest rate then I agreed upon with a longer term.
