This dealership is very dishonest and pushy, I wish I listened to the bad reviews I saw before stepping foot! Entering into this dealership was the biggest mistake I could have made!!! Disgusting dealership.
Hi dealership is very disorganized. I am very disappointed. They left me waiting for everything a long time. Spent there a lot of hours for nothing! Wait is outrageous.
So much pressure to upsale. Would NOT recommend this dealership. They only want to make money, they don’t care about the person
Got the vehicle that i wanted, but the experience was not great at all. Original sales guy MJ was pretty good. The rest of the managers and finance people were typical slime car sales people, trying to pull one over and upsell where they can. If vehicles were more readily available, or if another dealer had stock of what i wanted i would have for sure bought elsewhere. Super predatory and i imagine they take advantage of a lot of people who might not know better.
Manager and team charged me for what I am not supposed to pay for. Bad (manager) took my vehicle for ransom. Never seen a thing this. Not minding my argument, he seized the vehicle keys, took it to where I don't know until I was forced to pay before he released the truck.
Absolutely terrible. We were given many promises from the salesman at the time of purchase, however once everything was signed and cheques were cashed he ghosted us for three months when I would try to make contact about the accessories promised. Finally I made contact with the sales manager as I gave up try to get ahold of the salesman. It was the sales manager himself who came through on the promises and got everything done for us! bad experience,last time they replaced a shock on my vehicle and after that a noise come from that part ,when asked for fixing it they said I have to pay for it
Poor ethics as per other low stars, buyer beware. Had the most incompetent and down right flippant response to valid questions & points. They do everything to push #’s of units sold, to allocate more of Toyota canadas supply chain to them. Do yourself & Toyota as a brand, the favor- just buy the make and model(purchased vehicle) you’re wanting, anywhere else. The disrespect and disregard for transparency was a great slight. Reg van tassel is the salesman I dealt with. I have a lot of more words to describe him lol not good at all lmao Bought a 2019 4Runner in 2023 for 50k This is how it plays out when you buy a car from here. 1. First things first, they don’t re-condition the cars if they don’t have too. If you happen to be interested in a vehicle that recently got traded in, they sell it to you in “as is condition”.
