The worst dealership experience. I went inside the dealership wanting to see a used car and the salesman sat me down and started talking about finances before he would show me the car. He told me that I can ONLY do financing. I told him that I would pay with a certified cheque and that I would wait for the cheque to clear before picking up the car. Wanted to buy a used vehicle. Apparently they won't except cash for vehicles, only financing. Their solution was to take out a loan and then pay it all back. So I need a credit check and (possibly) a decrease in my credit score to pay cash for a vehicle? The salesman was extremely rude and unprofessional in his emails with me. No thanks! I will bring my business elsewhere.
lied to me about my service needs My car was in for a recall. The mechanic phoned with 3 fake things to try and money grab extra "repairs" for 2 things that most likely will never need doing, and some that are half way to needing to be done. But what do I know, I just read the manual. Weasels that are best avoided, unless you want to sponsor a mechanic.

And then they gave me an agreed value “including GST rebate” guys, be aware of this trick. Second, they made me leave my car there and I had to empty all my items without offering to help or provide bags. The loaner car they gave me had 32 km range in gas. Liars, Cheaters, Manipulative People-STAY AWAY A few weeks ago, I inquired about a suv from this place. The salespeople seemed friendly enough. I was looking at buying a 2012 BMW x5 priced at 13, 997. The salesman Zack (aka Thomas) (very friendly, very trustworthy face) kept throwing bi-weekly payments at me of 228 bi-weekly for 48months with 1000 down. Don't waste your time - Terrible service! Looking for a trade-in, sales associate was not forth coming about lots of information, wanted me to sign an agreement before interest rates and overall costs were set. Was talked down to, treated like a lesser person, and tried to discuss matters with me that they clearly were not educated in. Have been a loyal Toyota customer for my last 3 vehicles and was very happy with Mayfield and Gateway locations... maybe it is just Toyota on the Trail that has this poor level of service.
