the worst dealership I've seen in Canada. the pressure from the sellers of additional services is huge. until they force you to buy something (additional warranty, bodywork, theft protection) - they won't give you the car. avoid these "so-called" sellers
I recently had a disappointing experience with Toyota on the Trail on September 2025, where I was presented with an internal document used to pressure service customers into authorizing work prematurely. Took the Rav in for a level 1 serivce at 8 am. asked if that included a oil change Yes. at 130 called to get an update when it would be completed. waited a hour and called back because of no return call. went to dealer ship at 3 and they had changed the oil??? 7 hours for them to change oil and a recall on a battery clamp. Car not washed ( washer broken) oil leaked on engine, Oil life not reset. Was charged $30 more than an oil change for a GMC 6. 2 liter duramax! Overall will never go to or back to a GO AUTo
Contacted the dealership 24 hours before we drove 2. 5 hours to check out a Honda Passport on your lot. Reg Van Tessel claimed he sent two emails with info, we never received either. We got there and he acted not really interested in us. Showed us the vehicle which had motor parts sitting on the passenger seat. The interior and exterior were beyond disgusting. Last November saw the worst experience I had during my interactions with this dealer in the past 15 years. I took my sienna to this dealer for a diagnosis on the thumping noise coming from the wheels while driving. The receptionist said with confidence a regular 11-pt checkup should identify the problem for me. That investigation led to a whopping 15k+ repair list. Poor customer service! Will sell you car with hidden chargers that will never be discussed on table! Worst dealership! Never visit it
A WORST experience today leaving your car an hour prior to your appointment time at 9:15 am and yet full service was NOT done until I called up at 4 pm. My car was with them from opening to almost closing. I missed a very important engagement because of the incident. Called up several times seeking for help, explaining the urgency, stayed on hold for more than 25 minutes and was left unaided. Dishonest only got 1 key with vehicle that had less than 20,000km on it. Owner just responds too reviews in a rude way justifying awful service. Maybe give people what they pay for? Instead of lying
The sales rep was pretty sneaky. Mohammed had the car running both times I got into the vehicle so I couldn't tell that the Key Fob did not work. Will cost me $500 to get a new one. Well done by a veteran used car sales rep. I was had....... He even tried to hide it when I called him on it (Oh is the battery dead? I changed the battery and it still didn't work!) Shady place this dealership.
