Untrustworthy. I went through a deal with this dealership and like others have quoted in their experience, I ALSO had them make a deal with me and they changed it last minute. I also caught them in a couple of lies and deceipt like them sneaking in crazy high rates after being told i would be given a lower rate. Keep a very close eye on your deal before signing as i caught them a couple times trying to add in things we hadnt agreed upon.

The customer service is lacking. They avoid answering direct questions with regards to trade in valuations. Can't be bothered reply to questions or with their promises, in a timely manner. Save yourself time and frustration and shop elsewhere. Clearly they are "too busy" to service all potential clients. Typical "Go Auto" experience. "Go Elsewhere"
I've been a loyal toyota owner for about 20 years and the family has purchased 4 new vehicles from dealerships, and this is one I would never again do business with because of their sales practices. Before even discussing price for a vehicle they demand a deposit, then when talking prices they say you have to buy 3 different protection packages if you want to buy from this dealership. Also never trade in a vehicle here as they will lowball the value of your vehicle by thousands.
My wife and I are in our 60s and were shopping for a smaller SUV that she would find easy to drive and park. We contacted the nearest Toyota dealership, Toyota On The Trail, to test dive a new Corolla Cross. While we were there the salesperson gave us incorrect information about the options on the vehicle. In the showroom was a silver model “L” Cross with light grey interior which we liked and the salesperson told us that interior is only for the “Sonic Silver Metallic” exterior colour. Wrong. I drop the car at 1:20pm today and been ready at 4:30 just for to swap tire! Never happened to me before ! I m a customer for a long time
Only thing keeping me from a 0 is the fact they had inventory of a hard to find vehicle and the Salesman did his job. The business office was the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Unnecessarily difficult to deal with at every opportunity. I buy a lot of vehicles and this was by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Poor management is a gentle explanation.

@sumit Nice guy but not a good salesperson and should not be working at a dealership or allowed to test driving vehicles. Bought a brand new Corolla April 4th, 2024. Was upsold winter package and etching.
