Veronica was very friendly and capable as always. She seemed very trustworthy. I believe she had the customer's best interest in mind and not profit oriented. I find this to be very important in the selection of a service garage. Of course, except for one bad experience, all my encounters at Sun Toyota had always been positive. I am glad that one bad experience employee is no longer there.
Sun Toyota dealer is accessible to our residence. They always accommodate to all my needs regarding my car. People in Sun Toyota are friendly and knowledgeable.
This is my first time with this dealership. I purchased my Prius new from Gateway Toyota, Edmonton a couple of years ago. Over the past year, it is becoming more and more frustrating dealing with this dealership. Great service. Vehicle was ready on time. Shuttle service was very accommodating. Whatever was done on my rav4 was explained nicely. These people really know how to explain technical stuff in easy words

Sun Toyota USED to be awesome. The service advisors new my name and remembered me each visit. Since Wheaton took over it feels like the domestic vehicle dealerships I used to deal with. Too busy. I call and wait and wait and wait for a service advisor to free up to take an appointment. I realize you have to make a profit but is too busy for this little dealership good for customer service?
