I brought my car in for an oil change and winter tire switch over. I've been going to Sun Toyota for service for 7 years now. Every one is always friendly and helpful. Although there are places closer to my house, I am happy to drive the extra distance to Sun Toyota.
Efficient scheduling and helpful staff; handled all required service in a timely manner and were very clear about the costs. Overall a very enjoyable experience as far as auto maintenance goes.
Scott is a great addition to the Sun Toyota Service team. He actually listens to a customer's concerns, and in turn comes up with a suitable solution to resolve whatever the issue is. I purchased my vehicle from Sun Toyota in late 2009, and brought it there for all of it's service. Over the years I had become frustrated with their quality of service (or lack their of) and was about to take my vehicle elsewhere. dropped off my vehicle for maintenance/service was asked dropped off my vehicle for maintenance/service was asked if I needed a ride anywhere- nice. :o) It was ready when I told them I needed it to be. Only thing that was disappointing, I was told that because of new management I would no longer be offered my lifetime free oil-changes.. :o( I may have to shop around now or use coupons, 45 dollars seems expensive for an oil change.

In my last oil change and filter cleaning I was hoping my gasket and my engine oil to be checked in order to detect the leaking and prevent my engine from being dammaged. No reasons of my engine dammage was given to me.The rate of the labour is higher that prevent me from doing service at your chop on a regular basis.

Excellent service!! As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted and introduced to the sales managers. I was then introduced to the service team that was working on this day. It is always nice to meet the people working on your vehicle. A very friendly environment to make a purchase in. No pressure that you get from some other dealerships. My purchase was quick and simple. My payment was very well explained to me. Even down to this air conditioning tax that needs to be paid.
I bought a corolla last week and the service was great. The price was pretty close to what I expected. I'd never hesitate to recommend this dealer for any one looking for a new car.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had an extremely disappointing experience. I declined additional coverage multiple times with the salesperson and again with the finance manager. Despite this, I later discovered charges on my bill for windshield coating, rustproof undercoating, and 3-year rim coverage totaling more than $3,000. Service people where unhappy and uninformative. Did not seem to appreciate my business and did not offer any helpful tips or other services. I can receive the same service cheaper and would obtain more car care advice plus other inspections within the overall price.
