Worst experience We went to buy a car while we negotiated price on the phone but when we went there those guys just ran from their commitment And even finances were very pushy to sell accidental and warranty on the car even when i told them that i dont need accidental they pushed me very much

UNETHICAL & DEPLORABLE STAY AWAY FROM TOYOTA ON THE TRAIL. I'll be updating this post and going into extensive detail about my experience. Arrogance starts at the top! I had a very positive experience looking at used vehicle with Eli, although most had smashed windshields and didn't run like they had been mechanically inspected and reconditioned for sale. I made an appointment to drive a couple of vehicles in the evening, but when I arrived to do that, I was advised that I need to give a credit card number first! Pushy, lying, take your money Wanted to sell me a vehicle worth 5900 sticker leased with dollar buy out over 3 years totaling 15600, my credits not that bad but in there eyes was the worst, 670, pushed for signatures all the way threw, tries to rebargain me pushed for signatures then no refund on deposit, greasy xxxx happens there don't recommend and will steer anyone I know away
Ripoffs Total ripoffs! My deposit wasnt given back as they said it was on their terms and conditions. But I found out downpayment is different from a deposit. What a RIP OFF. Wouldnt recommend specially their Sales Manager CHRIS BUI. They work hard to rip you off.

Horrible Experience..Worse Toyota Dealership in Canada I purchased a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 online ..We finalized a price and I gave then $1000 deposit..They informed me no extra fees.. I got a bus 5 hrs to Edmonton with a bank draft over $22,000.00 to purchase the vehicle..upon arrival..they infomed me that extra work was done on the Rav 4 total $1585.00 and this would have to be added onto the cost or they would not sell the vehicle..I had a signed Bill Of Sale and they said the assistant sales manager who made the deal was gon... read more
Very bad Its very very hard to reach out anybody here Nobody returns the call or even respond to your message The customer service is very cheap
Worst experience Gave us different quotes on same vehicle in same day . Never go to Toyota again. Zero star. Play with customer feelings.Tell something different and other day they can’t agree on the terms.Fool around customers.
