Fantastic heights of incompetence Recently purchased a 2008 Tacoma from Kingway Toyota and was as seriously unimpressed by the quality of service there. We were bounced around four different sales persons, one of whom made us an offer that was $1000 OVER the advertised price, and who tried to sell us undercoating for an addition $450, even though the vehicle had already had undercoating applied when it was brought in by the previous owner. Poor customer service, lack of respect for customer My wife and I bought a 2016 Forerunner from Kingsway. Everything started out okay and payment that met our budget we agreed upon. As I travel for business the papers had to be emailed to me to sign and I noticed that the lenght of the loan was different than what we discussed. Upon ensuring what this did to the payments my wife was told they Would be higher than what we agreed to. Aggreived I would definitely not recommend this dealership. It was very unwelcoming experience that I and my friend faced when we met Maja. She didn't care and was busy with her cell phone. She pretended and excused that she was busy and we left her office right away. My friend who was interested to buy a vehicle decided to go with another dealership after receiving this maltreat here.
Feel ripped off! So we came into the dealership to trade in a vehicle. Traded it in for another used vehicle. The vehicle we got had some dirt on it being as it was beside the road never thought anything about it. They washed it but buy then it was to late we signed the paper work and now we are stuck with a scratched up vehicle that we can do nothing about. I will never go back!
Service scam All those stories you hear about going to get work done on your vehicle and the shop attempting to swindle you with overpriced xxxxxxxx "repairs" or "maintenance" are certainly proven true when dealing with the service center at kingsway Toyota. Between extremely over priced services, some of which conveniently occurred since my last oil change (when my vehicle was still under warrantee), and the ridiculous attempts to justify the expenses (fancy chemicals to clean my battery? You mean baking soda and/or water?)... read more

Unprofessional repair I had a small factory defect that needed resolution and it was not fixed properly. This was not Darcy's fault but the technician that did the work let us down.
Cometitive price shopping not allowed here Was in looking to purchase a new vehicle and shocked to find they will not give you a price unless your willing to do the deal now. So much for competitive price shopping with this dealer So no surprise the show room floor had more sales staff than customers

Misrepresented availability We are in the market to buy a Sienna. We called and checked for the available new stock and after spending 20 minutes on the phone with the sales guy, we were told that indeed the mentioned two Sienna's were on the lot and available. It was agreed upon that we would meet the sales person in the AM. Upon on arrival, the salesperson was not available and we were passed on what appeared to be the "closer". bad service If you wanna buy a car,service or change oil don't go to toyota kingsway..I was in kingsway Toyota for service..change oil waiting 3 hours.when I get home I find out he gave wrong reciept and no sticker on the windshield for my next change oil and also scratch on my rims..this is worst dealerships I'm not coming back to this dealership anymore...!!this is my second time.
