Brutal experience Was there in the weekend with my 72 year old mother in law. She is a return customer to this dealership looking for a new vehicle. Did the test drive and after asked about price. We we told the price was on the sticker and unless we could promise "110 percent" we would buy today or would be willing to put down a "deposit" we would not be offered any deal. Great salespeople but poor execution I had such a difficult time getting anything accomplished after I decided to buy my Sienna. I had a poor experience with the finance department - who took days to follow up just to ask for more information, mislead me about the cost of protection packages, was not prepared and did not sign everything unneeded to register my vehicle, and generally seemed far too overworked to be able to give me anything approaching acceptable service. Very Bad Customer Service I purchased a brand new 2017 Hybrid Toyota RAV4 in the last week of January - clearly specifying to the Finance guy that this purchase needs to be on my Company name and the Payments should be taken from my company account. I provided all the details needed to get this done. Check with other dealers !!1 Ask questions before you book a service appointment ! I called to book a regular scheduled maintenance ( 24000 km ) for my 2016 4Runner. I was quoted $129.00 but when I called another dealer i got a quote of $68.00 !!!! When i called back and advised them of the discrepancy they backtracked and said they would match the quote IN GOOD FAITH. Purchased new 2017 Rav4 I have to say that my dealing with Toyota Northwest has been my worst dealings with a car dealership. I purchased a new 2017 Rav4. The salesman Jeremy was great. but once out of his hands it went downhill. It started with my payout(which I misunderstood the amount the lady gave me from Toyota Canada), I was told by John H. that any extra money they charged on the contract for the trade in would be given back to me. They also told me to put a stop pymt on the next payment for the trade in(which I did).... read more

Do not bother going to this dealership! We went to this dealership to look at new Rav 4's and trade our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. We went inside the dealership and nobody came to help us. We walked around, even got inside a Rav 4 on the showroom floor, continued to walk around when some lady noticed us and asked if we had been helped. Finally someone came to help us. Upselling!! I scheduled my Rav4 for an oil change on March 21st. I let the lady over the phone know that I was only interested in the oil change at this time. She mentioned that there was a recall for the wiper linkage, which was appreciated. No issues with the service done. However- after I dropped the vehicle off, the service "advisor" called me and said that the technicians were recommending more work. I asked if they found an issue. The Toyota Way Exprience (Kaizen) Steffan Favis was very honest, accommodating and really assisted us in purchasing this used vehicle from this dealership. However, the finance lady who assisted us was very aggressive and she did not even provided us a final written sales quotation before we decided to purchased this unit. Vehicle was released to my wife late night without any proper detailing. Steffan told us just to comeback for the detailing. service department I was in the dealer on a Friday to make an appointment for my Tacoma, where the heater was not working. Very pleasant at this time, but when I came back the next Monday at the appointed time, The person in service did not recognize me, and could not even find my appointment on her computer that SHE had made 3 days before.
