Service Dept - with No Service Skills Initially the woman who checked in my car and also attended to me when I picked it up was excellent. I drove about a block from the dealership and noticed that my mileage had not moved from when I dropped the car off so obviously there was no road test completed. Watch out for used car sales manager Chris Long story short - salesman Binh was a pleasure, negotiated my trade in and purchase of a Toyota Venza. Binh asked me to leave a deposit to hold the car, I had a few questions but agreed - even spoke on the phone to manager Chris and said I would leave a deposit. Within that hour another customer came in, must have offered more $$, so Chris accepted their offer instead. Poor service by Sales person As on Dec 10 2014, I did call about 10am to sales and asked about 2015 Toyota sienna xle limited for test drive and one of the sales person(Jorge) told that he is going to call me after checking inventory and i did wait about 10 mins and then received call from same sales person and he told me that he don't have particular vehicle but his colleague can show me similar vehicle and he set time for viewing the similar vehicle and test drive for AWD. Such a bad experience I bought a used (2008) vehicle from Kingsway in 2010. I got the lemon and there was $6,000+ needed in repairs with only 71,000 km on the vehicle in 2014. The vehicle was over the 5-year time limit and while I wasn't expecting anyone to cover all the costs, a price break would have been helpful. The worse experience I ever have Kingsway Toyota is the worst dealer I ever have especially in service department. Poor quality of work, poor customer service, rude receptionist.... They just want to take the money from your pocket. After I paid the service charge they claimed the problem was fixed. However, just after one week the same problem happens again. Will never use this dealership again During negotiation I got everything I wanted for the price I wanted. At this point I was very happy. It quickly turned into a nightmare. The day I showed up to pick up my new vehicle, it wasn't ready. Such a terrible experience I started out dealing with this dealership by accident. I ended up making a deal elsewhere and will admit that my latter experience was such a tremendous experience that I was almost in tears because of the relief I experienced that my deal with kingsway was finally over. Bad experience Went there recently for test driving an old vehicle. For them if you are going for a test drive you must buy even if you don't like the vehicle . Try to pressure you into buying , felt very uncomfortable . Also after i said i am not buying , made me go to different persons to get my car keys . Wont recommend this dealer to anyone.
