Horrible and unprofessional customer service! Avoid! Absolutely disappointed! Horrible customer service! The dealer we had scheduled to see didn't even show up to the meeting. Worst Experience Purchased 2019 Camry in November 2018 for an ETA of January 2019. This was supposed to be a birthday present for our daughter. Good service until the deal is done Super friendly, great customer service....until all the paperwork is signed and you walk off the lot. Called 2 months after purchasing a used vehicle from them, seeing if they’d be willing to do something for the headlight that I discovered was broken. Absolute Joke! Its bad enough that I had no vehicle for couple days because of the long weekend. I had finally got roadside assistance to drop my car off at the dealer. Felt cheated. Complain about the sales. Bought new Corolla little over two years ago from this delearship before it moved to 137 Ave location. The sales person then told me that the car did not have heated seats and the remote opening of back trunk but they will do it for me. Be ware of this dealership! Just bought a Sienna this month and found two added on services which was $600 they sneaked into my bill and we also spend $2600 for 3M and other plus services. First, all these paid for service which they told us would be life time warranty were found declined in our files, that meant we would not have access to any warranty at all in the future. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS rated them 5/5 but revising to 1/5. THESE GUYS ARE LIARS. I contacted their General Manager Aaron Buck and he basically told me in gentler words to GET LOST I PLAN TO ESCALATE MY COMPLAIN TO TOYOTA CANADA They said they will update my maps at the time purchase- that didn't happen.
