Salesmen way too pushy. Hard time getting deposit back I backed out of a sale on a used truck and they were threatening to not give my deposit back. 2 weeks later I walked out of Mayfield Toyota with a 2016 Tacoma. They lost themselves a sale

Low advertised price to get you to call! So I found a Tacoma as i wanted at the right price, or so i thought. On calling Kingsway, the sales advisor confirmed that this vehicle was still for sale! opes held high i was ready to buy and then the kicker, opps! sorry this vehicle has been wrongly advertised and now its $5000 more expensive plus the fees! Avoid this dealership Coreena Wong was amazing, after all her hard work, we were passed on to Dan Smith, Finance Director. He was rude, arrogant, and brushed us off each time we came in. We were asked to come in on Tuesday morning and have our hail damaged car looked at, when we arrived Dan greeted us with "What do you want?", and "Why are you here?" when we told him that Coreena had arranged for us to come in, he acted like it was putting his whole day off. Cost of a "world class inspection" without the quality Every time I have gone I have found costs to be larger then what they seem. The breaking point however was my last service visit where I paid 300 dollars. I had my doubts about the quality so I checks for myself afterwards. 150 was the break down for cost of fluid checks to discover simple things like washer fluid left near empty. This dealership does not answer any questions or concerns If you want a headache or nightmare experience buying a vehicle, this is the place. Worst experience of my life. Nothing but lies to get the deal. I will never buy another Toyota after this. Two weeks after buying a new Rav 4 the paint is chipping off. Mess with the financial documents. I have a list that won't fit here. Nobody has returned a call or email, including the manager. Disgusting Toyota Team. Ignorant!

Dishonest manager. Manager just plays you like your dumb looking cause you look young. Negotiating a price and tells you to cut the xx. Started off Negotiating with invoice pricing with exact numbers and tells us that it doesn't exist and there's no such thing as invoice pricing. After coming to an agreement on pricing. Used car purchase Not too happy with how purchase went. Wanted us to pay for vehicle day before pick up, we did, Picking up vehicle at set time but nothing ready, After vehicle cleaned up noticed marks and bondo, also made strange noise but didn't on test drive. Bad customer service I am very disapointed on how I was treated at this Location. At first waited for almost 3 hrs for the paperwork, waited for two weeks for the approval. Put $2000 for down payment and wan't approved. I am not after the approval but the customer service itself. Get a second opinion before u let them work on your vehicle My vehicle was in for factory authorized recall work and I was sent a vehicle report. By reading the report you would be led to believe that my Toyota was falling apart and needed thousands of dollars of work. For example, I recently took off my winter tires and replaced them with almost new summer tires that were purchased last August.
