The worst experience I have ever had. I buy/sell a lot of vehicles and have tried a lot of dealerships. The professionalism including simple communication and due diligence here was truly one of the worst I have ever had. Long story short. Only took it in for a simple recall notice I took my 2005 Toyota Corolla in for a recall notice to have work performed. While the car was there they apparently did an inspection as well and found a long list of work that "needed" to be done, to the tune of $2500.00. I was called by the sales associate to pick up my brand new truck and when I arrived at the dealership the truck was not detailed. The outside was covered in dirt, the inside still had the plastic on the seats, the wrong side step was installed, and the roof rack was missing one of the t-bars. I talked with the manager about the condition of the truck and we went out to look at it together, and found out that the undercoat and the paint protection did not get sprayed. It is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with Wade MacWilliam, he was very rude and he add extra money on the vehicle, I do not know how they put him as an internet sale manager . He didn't have personal skills to deal with customers.

From the moment I leased my vehicle and was told by the employee how to answer Toyota's online customer survey to being ripped off by the service department to the surly shuttle drivers,I have dreaded my decision to patronize this dealership and have told everyone I know to avoid dealing with these people."Bush League" is a term that comes to mind when I think of all the hassles I put up with over the four year I leased my vehicle from these amateurs.

Offered no compinsatiion for the time and greef I went through to get my New truck fixed! Having seen better customer relations and workmanship at CanadianTire I doubt if ill let them do my service work.
