Absolutely Terrible Service Went there for 96 000 maintenance. When I booked they said they would honour a discount I receive from another Toyota. They didnt honour the discount on the parts. We spent nearly $800.00 They didnt even wash the vehicle. They took a floor mat. A month and a half after our visit the drivers side wiper blade broke which they unnecessarily replaced. They wouldnt replace it as a courtesy. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I wish I could rate him ZERO star Alan is an awful person that I have to say. Very impolite and treat customer as garbage if you wont buy from them. As a sales manager, he is awful as well when solve problems for customers. He will never answer your call and very arrogant. When you say you will bring your complaint to AMVIC he will finally return your call but blame all problems to his sales employee. I cannot understand how this kind of person become a sales manager. never come back my 2013rav4 under warranty.they repair charge for $1800.then I go to TOYOTA ON Trail.they no charge. Very bad They have sold the car for 7000$ more than other dealership and they don't take care the customer, just because they want your money
No one was interested in selling me a car! Walked in today to purchase a rav 4 for my daughter. It was around 10 am no one in the dealership. I arrived through the side doors and walked passed a bunch of offices with salespeople sitting at their desks. Walked around 3 rav 4’s they had in the showroom opened the doors on all 3 as well as the hatches still no one came around to see if I needed any help. deceived I don't recommend trading a car when they don't explain why your cost would balloon and will sell you insurance you do not need. and I found out later thru a friend I met who was a victim as well. that is when i looked into my contract and it is too late. as a matter of fact, they were collecting 500 before checking my credit. when we told the finance guy no we will just come back they insisted and said they will waive the fee. how could you collect a fee just to check the credit? amvic should know about this. i may... read more
Very Disappointed! Brought my truck in for a rear wheel bearing replacement. I knew going in it was going to be expensive and I had no problem with the price quoted for the job. Wheel bearing was replaced and the truck runs great now. However...... Service advisor calls me and says that the mechanic is having problems removing the speed sensor dealing with my wheel bearing replacement. Says that I would have to pay for the part if he broke it. We had to convince them to let us leave! My boyfriend and I visited this dealership last night. We were hoping to test drive a C-HR but upon learning it wasn't all wheel drive my boyfriend wasn't interested. We know what we're looking for and though we knew and stated we weren't interested in a bigger SUV we decided to drive a highlander anyways. Not the place to buy used vehicles Bought a used Toyota FJ Cruiser. It took about 3 weeks to get it prepped, only to find out that things were missing from the original deal and the driver's side seat was ripped. After chasing the sales guys for 3 days to get it resolved, there is no communication from dealership. Extremely disappointed with their service, highly unlikely to shop at any of their dealerships again.
