Hands down the worst car buying experience of my life! If you're the kind of person who enjoys being poked in the eye with a stick please disregard. If you think you deserve to be treated with respect shop else where. After making an agreement to purchase a new Tacoma, things went sideways. Bad Experience I went this past Saturday to get two recalls done, and upon picking my car up right when they closed I turned my car on and started to drive home. On my way home my muffler happens to come loose, funny coincidence. I called and asked them if there was anything they could have done that could possibly have created this issue, they said no. WORST EXPERIENCE, DON'T TRUST THEM I went to kingsway toyota to buy used car. They showed me Nissan Rouge. After a negotiations, they offered me the car at price CAD 10750 and I was told to pay some. I paid 5000 using my credit card and they told me that they will Change cracked windsil and clean inside the car. They told me that they will call me when it is done. Scam dealer Brought my 2006 RAV 4 for recall, service consultant and Toyota certified Tech checked my car and gave us a recommended services which included water pump fail, coolant leak and AT fluid contaminated/ burnt ( all status fail). Total estimate $1360.28. They did NOT aware that I replaced the water pump 6 months earlier at 72000 Km and changed coolant. I also changed AT fluid and filter at 60000 Km. No work done despite me calling ahead. As we all know taking your car in is a pain in the butt. Especially when you have to for a factory recall. I called ahead to make sure they had the part prior to making the appointment. They said yes. I had basically just gotten home when I had a call saying my car was ready for pick up because nothing got done since they didn't have the part! The only redeeming experience of the day was the excellent courtesy shuttle driver Zahir Jiwa

Bait and Switch?? Just called salesman Chris, inquiring about the 2016 Rav 4 Ltd Hybrid with Tech pkg. Stick # 6RH4275 Vin#. JTMDJREV5GD014275 Priced on your website as $40,135 Black pearl Chris said he had no record of this vehicle BUT did try to up sell to pricier ones. We pulled this info from Kingsway Toyota site this morning!!! How can there be NO record of this car unless .... .? ZERO stars across the board!!! Unfortunately I am unable to submit without giving at least 1 star?

Poor Customer service Went in for an oil change (was given 7 years of free oil changes when I purchased the vehicle - two a year). I was told that they had switched computer systems and they did not have the free oil change information on file and I would have to pay. I was told they would have to search for the paperwork and I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled and when I called to confirm my appointment, they still had not input my free oil change info. Experience My husband and I, we went to the dealership to get pricing. We were upfront that we are only shopping around and would like a quote. Ron's service was unbelievable. He went above and beyond our expectations even though he was aware we were shopping around. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and finding the right vehicle which would fit our lifestyle.
