Very dissapointing experience. They tried to sell me a car that was already sold to someone else. Had no problem taking my credit card for a deposit only to call me the next day to say sorry, we sold that car to someone else and suggested that they would give me a great deal on a more expensive car. No thanks. I will take my business elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DEAL HERE. I Bought a car here and they sold it while I had a deposit on it. I did the deal over the phone due to covid. Set up a delivery date and when I spoke to sales person he said it’s sold. PLUS NO SANITIZING STATION NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY

This Toyota dealership is absolutely horrendous! Taking advantage of women who don’t know a lot about vehicles. My mother went in to get an oil change, and a few hours later they called to tell her she needed more then $1000 dollars worth of work done that she didn’t even need!!! They misled her over the phone and used scare tactics to force her to get it done. This is absolutely unacceptable, and they should be shut! Will be reported to the bbb. DO NOT GO HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Lie after lie after lie Purchased a Toyota RAV 4 back in September and part of the deal was a remote start. After dealing with Jordy through email and booking an appointment to come and see him, he then quickly brushed us off because he was too busy. Houssen was a great young man. He provided good and friendly service and was easy to communicate with. Toyota had a mix up with our documents and took a while to fix, however Houssen managed to help us find the price.

I took my Rav4 to this dealer for the first time, BIG MISTAKE! The engine light showed up. Mechanic Peter diagnosed the problem as ignition coil has to be replaced. I spent around $1,200. The following day, the engine light showed up again with the same problem. I took my car back again and this time I was told I have to spend over $1,500 to get the same ignition coil replaced.
