Salesman and Sales managers are nothing short of grifters Bought a new vehicle at this dealership. Salesmen hid our down payment in the final purchase price. In short, we paid more for the vehicle than the advertised price. Went back to the sales manager, he lied about the advertised price. Complained to Toyota Canada, their response was each dealership was independently owned and operated and they could do nothing. Last Toyota I'll ever buy. I would not recommend this dealership, or any other Toyota given our experience.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Stay away from those crooks. Read all of the paperwork, don't sign. I had a very bad experience with them. Extra fees like: delivery charge, doc.fees, additional insurance coverages and other BS costed me tons of money. REMEMBER!!!: EVERYTHING SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE POSTED PRICE!!!!! Additional mandatory Amvic fee is only $6.25 CAD. THIS PLACE is a SHAME for SUCH BRAND like TOYOTA.
Do not honor their agreements This will be the last time I work with Sherwood Park Toyota. They make deals and then do not honor them. They are forever blaming the other people in other departments. The common theme is it was the "other people who no longer work there that made these agreements but we can't honor them Sorry". I am tired of the poor service and lack of respect to the agreement that is actually on file yet they wont make any adjustments. Missing spare Tire I just bought brand new Toyota 4 Runner 2016 with them. I live in Lloydminster which is 250 km away from Sherwood. I brought the vehicle home. After that tire inflation light came on, and I thought the tire pressure is low and I tried to inflate the tires every week just to get rid of that light and light keep coming on. After that I took the vehicle to their service centre and they figured out spare tire is missing and that's the reason light is coming on again and again. Good Sales Man.....Terrible Finance Experience I purchased a new Tacoma (cash) in early May/16. Doug my salesman was very good. My negative experience started with the people in the Finance Dept. The greasy sales tactics used to influence a customer to purchase extras left me with a very bad impression of the dealership. It's not what you sell, it is how you sell it. I would never go here. This dealership was a mess. We felt with so many employees I don't even remember any of their names. They said they locked down multiple vehicles at different times but when it came to purchase they "accidently" sold them. This happened twice! It was very frustrating to be told you can buy a vehicle twice but then be told it's gone when it was time to pick it up. 3 strikes you're out! Went to buy a NEW vehicle in June/15... Passed off to Charles who was not only completely inept but insulting and demeaning, left me sitting in a cubicle for over an hour while he "went to see what they could do with my ok trade " when he was actually dealing with someone else. I couldn't even leave cuz he misplaced my keys. Good to buy just no service after This is your typical dealership. People are lined up to help you to buy a car. Friendly and easy. But once you dropped $46,000 good luck I called ahead about warranty work and was told it was covered, once I drove 60km out of my way and took time off work, I got the run around...for 2hours of talking to everyone who keeps passing the hot potato to deal with and then over charging me for the part. I won't recommend this dealership to anyone Bought my used 2013 Chrysler 300s from these guys didn't bargain nor was I a tire kicker paid what the asked. 2 days later I tried sinking my phone to the Bluetooth an it would work phone the dealership back the had me take the car to Chrysler.
