Went in to have a name removed from the car loan. they said it'd be 10 min wait 2 1/2 hours latter the manager came top us and said we should just go home and that everyone that was purchasing a vehicle took presidence over us and no matter how long we had been waiting. The worst buying experience I have ever experienced. Was The worst buying experience I have ever experienced. Was sold a truck 2012 Tundra Platinum and was overcharged and outright lied to at every turn. Was sold a 1699.00 extended care plan though they knew the truck was to be used commercially in the oil patch which makes the Extended care plan invalid.
