Dishonest tactics and high pressure sales is how I would characterize our very poor experience with Toyota Sherwood Park. It all started when my wife built a Sienna online and then was then contacted by this Gurpreet fella. An appointment was made to view and test drive at the dealership, my wife was so looking forward to this. We showed up and we’re made to wait 20min for Gurpreet. I will give no star I had very bad experience. The staff is friendly but not helpful .when you are buying they will keep calling you but when you need advice or help they will keep ignoring you. I am very disappointed.All I can say ripoff business its better to get car online.

I was there for a "tire on rim" change over and service. I arrive at my home 2 hours away to have my tire sensor warning light on and my "maintenance required - please see your dealer" warning message on my dash. I now have to make a 4 hour round trip to have them fix the error. Time and gas require money. My call to the service rep. was not helpful and the service manager has yet to return my calls. My recommendation to anyone requiring service - DO NOT GO HERE!
I wish I could give half a star. Spoke to the Sales Manager on the phone. He tells me that he will only sell a vehicle if the vehicle is leased or financed. No other option as that way the dealer ensures they get maintenance and service business and the car owner cannot sell the car for 2-3 years. Sick dealership. Avoid these people at all costs. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional and the building is well organized and very clean. The problem that I have with this dealership is the price of Toyota parts. I found that I can order parts from Toyota dealerships in Ontario for 30 percent cheaper (and this includes shipping!). This leads me to believe that I have been paying too much for my Toyota parts from Sherwood Park Toyota for the past decade. Upsold 2 addtnl warranties. When I wanted to trade in this car, 37 days later, they refused to refund ($1000 total). I contacted both insurance companies & both agreed to refund. Unfortunately, it is dealer's discretion after 30 days, & the dealer must refund me & then be reimbursed by insurance. They don't lose a thing by complying but refuse. If I was shopping for a Toyota, and I might be someday, I wouldn’t go to Sherwood Park Toyota just based on your radio ads. They have to be the worst, most annoying on the radio, especially “Jenny”. I turn it down every time I hear the annoying banter between those two.

Trevor in service at Sherwood park Toyota should be FIRED! He will likely cause more issues than solve , took my Toyota in (again) for the senors at 11 am and promised we’d have it by 4.
