Horrible experience. Managment dont care about the customer. Will not reccomend or use the service deparptment for my new car
Purchased a truck from sherwood park toyota, And the Check engine light came on a day later, brought it to the dealer here in fort mcmurray and needs 600$ for a new thermostat. Wasn’t covered under warranty and had to beg just for the dealership to only cover half. Horrible experience as a 19 year old that just financed my first vehicle.
Went with my son-in-law to the showroom today. Opened the door & sat in a vehicle in the showroom. Numerous sales people saw us, but none ever approached us to ask if we needed help, etc. Obviously they must be making too much money to be bothered with us. It will be the last time at your business. Never in my life have I experienced this type of behaviour at a car dealership.
Clyde and there team where very bad . What dealer ship get a truck and put it for sale with know inspection on it was Engine clunking!

Warning*** Toyota has issues with their head units and it was admitted by the service manager - It's going to cost you thousands of dollars!! Bought a 4 Runner about a year ago and the head unit went, no radio, navigation, apps, etc. When I spoke to the service manager David Hennessey he said and I quote "it happens all the time". He went on to further explain that there was nothing that they could do because the warranty was 3 years OR 60K Kms, our 4 Runner bought was about a year ago and has ~51K Kms. Had a truly terrible experience here. I'm from out of town, so I did most of the purchase over the phone. When I showed up to sign the paperwork, the price was more than $5000 than we had agreeded upon. The finance manager tried to charge me for every possible accessory, and I had to argue with him for over an hour just to get the actual price. I had a service appointment on my truck today morning at 9: 45 in the morning . But the staff was very disappointing. My 2019 Toyota Tundra truck having a problem for the air condition. Total unethical sales tactic and lack of professionalism I don't recommended to anyone to go there and buy vehicle . Taking advantage of emergency situation. I called the number provided into reply from Sherwood park toyota but its general number and receptionist again doesn't connect me to the management. They are lying on each and every step.

Amit the liar Today I bought a truck from their was agreed on a price with the sales man that the sales general manager agreed on to find out when I signed the paper they added 624 dollar to the deal with out my knowledge, and Amit refused to honor his world and the finance manager he said he believe what I said but I don’t have it in writing so to bad very bad experience
