I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone I dealt with Ivan through email about a 2013 Toyota Tacoma. He was very helpful in answering all the questions in a fast and timely manner. I live 400 km away from Sherwood Park so I set up an appointment to come look at the truck and test drive it on Monday. When Monday came I went out looked at the truck it had a cracked windshield but he said they would change it for free and I agreed to purchase the truck. Service Department Ineptitude Brought our 2009 Corolla XRS in to have our winter tires replaced with our summer tires and to have a LOF and transmission fluid flush completed. Dealership had a special on to replace windshields which we took advantage of. My fiancee picked the car up later that day and noticed that the rain drip moulding along the passenger side doors had come loose. Offered 2 years of free Oil changes I bought my car here last year. There were some issues (bald tires, burnt out break lights, missing tire pressure sensors, dirty interior and exterior). After posting a negative review to this site, Dave the sales manager agreed to give me 2 years of free oil changes, full detail and replace the missing tire sensor (that they knew was missing all along, but thought it would be easier to lie to me and say the tires were low on air, not that they were missing the sensor) as long as I removed... read more
Worst sales and customer service experience We are very disappointed with our recent experience with Sherwood Park Toyota. We found the sales person we dealt with unprofessional with a complete disregard for customer service. Even once we voiced our concerns to management there was no attempt to rectify the situation. We will never be dealing with Sherwood park Toyota.

Where's my money? Paid off my car the same day as a payment was due. The nice people at Sherwood Park Toyota told me that they would refund the account. Six weeks past and I phoned them to find out what was going on with my extra payment. Was told that I would have to get in contact with Toyota Canada. Phoned Toyota Canada and was informed this was totally a dealer problem and they would have to deal with it. Phoned back the dealership to be told in a very unprofessional way that I would not be getting my extra payment back.... read more

Unprofessional and dishonest I think that if you make an offer on a vehicle that is cost +tax, and it is agreed upon, the dealer takes a deposit, then the sales manager calls you back to inform you that he has decided to add on another $450 to your deal, this is dishonest. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.
