Bad experience not willing to negotiate The sales person Anya was great really helpful, too bad their management is not willing to show good will in negotiating. Bob showed lack of professionalism when discussing other brands. Pretty much chased us out the door, will not be going back.

Back to HONDA!!! Bought a second hand Rav 4 in February this year and still haven't been given the command start clicker!!! Spoke to salesman NUMEROUS times, spoke to service department personnel twice. NO ONE calls me back and I'm made to feel like a pest for calling. The salesman, Owen Black, led me on for months. One of the worst experiences at an auto dealer If I could give no stars I would. Horrible service...kept getting passed onto different salesmen... Salesmen rude, had last one say "I don't care what the other guy said. You are with me today". Vehicle not ready, twice, when had appointments to see it... Filthy when finally brought out. Had to wait for an hour so they could find it in the lot the first time. The inspection was not done, as promised, twice. Sold me an unsafe car I came in and looked at a 2010 Toyota corolla in Aug 2014. Ward helped me out. During the test drive a few things were noted 1. It had 'aggressive all seasons' according to Ward 2. The tire pressure light was on, Ward said this was because the tires weren't all inflated the same 3. The driver side brake light was out. Bad service I live 500km away from Sherwood park talked to Owen made a deal gave him a deposit told him I would be coming to the city Saturday and leaving Sunday to make sure everything was ready once I got there he started changing the price wanted an extra 1000$ when I said no he said good luck finding this color vehicle were the only ones that have and walked away I would never recommend any one to go there especially after driving 500km and getting that service it wasn't about the 1000$ it's the principle to be so ignora... read more

Pushy, didn't listen I told Curtis that I wasn't interested in extended financing 3 times, he continued to ignore me and pushed on with a high pressure sales pitch of a product I had no interest in and it really soured me to this dealership.

Stress and frustration Had a great time dealing with my sales person and the sales manager but their is something seriously wrong with the culture of entitlement with the finance department. Rude, arrogant and no communication skills is how best to describe them. I sincerely encourage everyone to get financing elsewhere first. A great waste of time thought. I'd think twice before using this dealership.

very very bad people, don't go! I was there to look around and shop around before I can decide but I was cornered and forced to sign purchase invoice. Manager's exact words " I get excited when people buy car dont think I am pressuring you in to this sale" Toyota better train their people professionally rather than treating their loyal customer. I owned Toyota for the past 13 years as well as my family owned toyota product. If this is what the service is then I will never again get another toyota. Toyota better do something ... read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I attended the dealership on 2014May07 to inquire on a new 2014 4runner and to see the trade in value of my 2006 4runner. I spoke with Mike Muir Online Sales Manager who after some negotiating and speaking with Bob Thompson was able to meet my needs pending financing as I am firm on the monthly payment I'm comfortable with.
