Not happy with Charles and sastri udit We were not happy with our rav 4 purchase.we didn’t get our survey. Had some concerns which was not answered properly.will not choose this place in future.
Sales agent okay The sales agent is ok. not pushy just to get sales. Gives you option. Just be careful when dealing with finance manager. Always read everything before you sign.
Life is full of choices... don't make an expensive mistake.. This dealership charges between 30-40 percent MORE than other Toyota dealerships in the city for their various service packages, including oil changes. Sadly, I didn't realize this until last week when I visited another Toyota dealership because it was closer to my new job. Even tire rotations cost 20% more here. Misleading emails led to loss of time and money In April of 2018 I found a used FJ Cruiser (JTEBU4BF7DK161618) on Kijiji that was for sale at Sherwood Park Toyota. I emailed and clearly asked if the vehicle had been painted or repaired in any way. I was told by email (Joe Cariou) that it had never been painted and was in excellent shape. Liars and thieves Last fall my husband convinced me he needed a truck, so seeing Sherwood Park Toyota had a few tundras for what seemed like a good deal we went there. The truck we bought HAS NEVER RUN RIGHT!!!!!! We have a 2011 tundra and they assured us the new one would get better mileage and it had a larger fuel tank. Neither is true. In fact the new tundra gets much much worse mileage than my 2011 and my parents 2007. We bought at the beginning of winter. No new car customer service for loyalty customer My husband and I each purchased new vehicles in 2014 from this dealership. I went in today to see if they would provide me with an appraisal on my 2014 Prius C and crunch the numbers so I could see what the payments would be in upgrading to a new Prius V. Not able to work with you lesson learn - when you put a deposit and you ended up not buying their car, they will not refund the $1000.00 deposit. The only thing that was communicated with me was that the deposit is used to hold the car. Nothing about not being refundable if the dealer meets all the requirements. I guess it is in the fine print that was not clearly visible...I called and see if they can understand my situation but they are not willing to refund any kind of amount. poor customer follow up After 4 months I have still not received a customer satisfaction survey or even a call from the sales staff. I am very disappointed in both John and Art.
