Knowledgable Sales Person - Bad Manager Karan was knowledgeable and helpful. Knew what he was talking about. Went through the features upon delivery and took care of the issues I had afterwards. The problems came after signing the deal and upon delivery some things were not completed. However, they were taken care of later.
Lied to us I bought a 2016 tundra and bought the extended warranty which covered all the oil changes. 65,000km later I get a bill for $1300 they changed all the oil‘s transmission rear and front diffs transfer case power steering they told me this would be all free till the end of my warranty. Guess not lol not impressed. I referred a friend to buy his tundra there and he did and he bought the same warranty as I and was told the same thing he is at 25,000km now. MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE EVER!!! Not only did they refuse to warranty my 3M (while I still had warranty under my car) but I also went in for my major servicing there and received garbage service. They told me I needed a wheel alignment done (even though I had done one the week before from there dealership). I yelled at them and told them I wasn't happy about the service, especially since they didn't finish everything they promised they would. Cautions for poor customer service I bought a new RAV4 Hybrid in June 2017. I researched and decided on a reasonable price for the car and a sales person with Sherwood Park contacted me back on it. I also contacted other Toyota dealers in Edmonton. Sherwood Park gave me a slightly better price than Edmonton dealerships and sweet talked me, making it seem as if they could and would do anything to sell the car. Using every trick to get you to spend money This dealer uses every excuse to install the fear that you must do services to your car which cost hundreds of dollars each time. Using the opportunity to do warranty work and then telling you that you "must" do this additional service at the same time. Going out of their way to find something wrong with your vehicle no matter how minor. Telling you that one part of the suspension needs repair but you should replace both at the same time. Terrible and awful experience ever! When i buy a used car, I brought prot. pkg. with 50% dc. for fill scratch. but they didn't do anything for fill scratch on my car. i asked to refund $400. but they didn't listen. i think they want me to hire lawyer to solve this problem.
