Cheating by adding charges they can’t explain. Watch out for the finance department Eli attempted to charge me for edging fees, when I caught he used the “ Bible “ to hide his crookedness. I made a deal with the Chadi for 48311+ docs fees + GST. When Eli printed the contract I noticed he added edging fees which i rejected when he offered it prior to printing the contract. Very bad customer service by their sales manager . He refused to book two new brand new cars if we dont want 3M on the cars which 3000$ add on. Its customers preference to choose what he want on his cars or not. Their CEO should take notice of that. Very disappointed never ever recommend anyone to go their.

Wish there was zero star. At first they were great to lure you into buying the vehicle you want, but the customer service after is utterly horrific. Placed an order and refundable deposit in a new rav 4. Only to be ignored for a week and a half trying to figure out ETA on the vehicle when the time frame for pending arrival was past. I left a deposit for a 2022 Tundra in November 2021. I was told it will be here for about 4 months. Now, it is June. Did 3 times follow-up with the salesperson called Brayden. Every time I was told your truck will be here soon. When this guy left the dealership, no one will take care of my order. I have to call multiple times to ask for the deposit back. Picked up my new highlander platinum last week! dealership and salesman was so good until We drove out and discovered that my vehicle is missing mudflaps, digital rear view mirror and camera, left many calls and e mails for sales manager to let me know why I wasn’t advised of these items, no one calls me back! My overall experience at Sherwood Park Toyota was absolutely terrible! I had put a deposit in September 2021 for a RAV 4 XSE HYBIRD which I was promise for March 2022. Prior to April , I went into the dealership with my family last week of January to check on the status of my vehicle. Only to find out that if I wanted a “faster delivery” I would have to put in an EXTRA $5000.00! Why do I have to put an extra amount? Just for a quicker sale? That’s disgusting.
