CROOKS! Stay away from this place at all costs! Sales manager refused to break down cost of vehicle. Think because you are a woman you are stupid. When I told him to either break down the numbers or give me my keys back - he threw them!! Childish, arrogant crooks!!
Don’t waste your time! They won’t give you a breakdown on cost of vehicle, then are rude when you demand to see it. Arrogant beyond belief. I would walk before buying from them.
Me and my brother booked two corollas from september 2022. Bottom line is we dont even know our cars are even ordered with toyota canada or not. I suspect they are not. After almost 10 months we still dont know when or even are we going to get our cars or not. We call,email there manager chris or even visited every month but nobody want to give any answer regarding our cars. Dont recommend at all, worst experience

Put $1000 down for a Corolla hatchback. 4 months later I was told my order was still at the factory? No problem getting a refund. No contact at all for 4 months from the dealership. All in all a waste of time.

Surprise fees. Everything falling out of the bumper. Bought new wiring harness and 92km it fell out. 3 harnesses have fallen out and won’t warranty. This was by 47,000km. Have a hot bath ran with a good bar of soap. Going to need to get the sleazy grease and slime off ya after a visit here.
I was dealt by karan kumar and the financer was Steve. I had the worst experience, the whole staff is lying. Firstly i was told that i will be approved for my car , and they told me about the conditional approval. Just five days before the arrival of the car , they informed me that i am not approved because of new credit, whereas i have been here for two years. Even the manager was not able to justify. i bought my toyota corolla L 2022 just 4 months ago and it’s showing so many problems like LDA unavailable, Front Camera unavailable, Headlights malfunction system not working visit your dealer and many more on dashboard when i start it. i visited so many times at service department for fix all these problems but they didn’t do anything even they couldn’t find any solution for that.
