Not dealing in good faith of two vehicle purchases I made. I waited 5 months only to get told both orders were cancelled and replaced with 2025 models .Then told by salesman steve I would have to pay more money for both even though I had a written agreement for both having $ 1000 deposits on each one. My experience with Toyota Sherwood has been incredibly frustrating, particularly with their financial department. The level of service provided was shockingly poor. Communication was almost nonexistent, with phone calls going unanswered for extended periods. When responses were finally received, they were vague and unhelpful, offering no clarity or assistance. My recent experience at Sherwood Park Toyota left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite providing my credit card details and driver's license for a car purchase, the manager kept my credit card for one hour giving us lame excuses but opted to sell the vehicle to someone he knew, completely disregarding my time and effort. Excitement of buying 1st new car from a dealer with no prior knowledge has turned into a stress. Feels like misguided. A Simple request to cancel extra packages (within business 2 hours) turned down and lied on the face. They are salesmen here to make money, what else to expect. Very disappointing sales experience. :(
I have had a horrible experience with this dealership with not disclosing the details of my purchase properly. I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tacoma Limited nightshade edition. The initial sales agent (Jay) did a terrible job at describing the features of the truck and was being disingenuous about the product and the pricing. AVOID this Toyota dealership at all costs. Inexperienced sales adviser- name Chaddi. Poor communication from sales, financing, and Manager. 2 months in after our $120K truck purchase, it is already needing servicing as we had found out the fuel tank assembly, and plunger had already been replaced PRIOR to delivery to us. Total crooks ,sold me tires that should never be on a Tacoma trucks . When confronted their excuse is everybody is installing on Tacoma Trucks . Went the NW Toyota in Edmonton and was told the tires are not recommended for use on a Tacoma . There charge was $2400 for tires installed and balanced , however I could buy the Installed at 3 dealerships for $1700 installed and balanced . 10 ply tires are recommended for use on 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks .Not recommended on a truck that is more in line with a 1/4 truck .
