We had a great experience dealing with Sherwood Park Toyota and Rob N. They were informative, non-pressuring, and direct when it came to negotiating the price for the vehicle. We appreciated their honesty and respect . The atmosphere was very friendly, and the coffee and play place for the kids was a bonus. A high standard of customer service has been reflected since our purchase. From giving us an overview of our new vehicle to checking in in how things are going, we feel well looked after.
I am giving this dealership 5/5 stars because out of the last 6 times we had purchased a vehicle. This is the best experience we had ever had!!! Ryan Matishiushyk was a great product advisor. Very friendly, helpful and patient. When I purchased my Toyota corolla in 2009, I had nothing but issues with the vehicle and vowed to never buy a Toyota again. After meeting Ryan and chatting with him a bit, I decided to give Toyota another chance... He was awesome, very thorough and told it like it was. We appreciated that. It's hard to walk into a dealership and not be completely turned off by the ambiance. He ultimately made our decision to purchase another Toyota.
I recently bought a 2012 Toyota highlander from Sherwood Park Toyota. Ryan Matiushyk was my salesman and he made this an enjoyable experience. This is my 3rd time buying new and by far the best New car purchase experience to date. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the three models we specifically looked at and entertained my daughter while I was signing papers. Sales over safety (A Saga) Went to Toyota Sherwood Park in December of 2025. Not really sure if I wanted a Rav4 or a Prius, the sales associate pointed out the brand new 2026 Prius Plug-in Hybrid on the sales floor. I had never seen the new design before and loved the color. I put down a 1K deposit and waited for my 2022 Tacoma. I planned the sale of the vehicle I was driving around the arrival of the new Tacoma. When the Truck arrived they sold it to another customer, The sales person denied anything wrong had been done and I had to contact Toyota Canada several times to get any response from a manager. DO NOT give these scammers business.
It's disappointing when a lazy and unprofessional manager like Zack Carey undermines the hard work of excellent sales staff such as Ivan Brusko. Unfortunately, Zack refused to evaluate our trade-in — a 2020 Corolla with only 50 km mileage — unless we were willing to commit to a purchase before the evaluation was even done.
